EMU Athletics Plans Five Fall Sports Luncheons

Meetings to be held in Convocation Center atrium
YPSILANTI, Mich. — Eastern Michigan University sports fans will get a chance to get an inside look at the Eagles' football, volleyball, soccer and basketball programs at a luncheon series during the 2007-08 season.
The Eagle Nation Fall Sports Luncheons will be held in the atrium of the Convocation Center. A total of five luncheons are scheduled, beginning with the first one Friday, Sept. 7, at noon. EMU football head coach Jeff Genyk and women's soccer head coach Scott Hall will be the featured speakers at the first luncheon.
The Nov. 8 program will also feature head men's basketball coach Charles E. Ramsey and new head women's basketball coach AnnMarie Gilbert.
The cost of each luncheon is $10 and tickets can be purchased at the door upon arrival at the Convocation Center. There will be a free shuttle bus on the EMU campus running from the Marshall Building at 11:45 a.m. and returning by 1:30 p.m.
