Sponberg Scholar Lineman Award in 2008...Selected in 2009 to the postseason individual bowl appearance Texas vs. The Nation...Ranks 11th on EMU’s all-time list for games played (47) and 14th for game starts (37)...Named in the 2000s EMU Football All-Decade Roster for Offensive Line...Selected in the fourth round, 109th overall pick, of the 2009 NFL Draft by the Green Bay Packers...Played 10 years in the NFL for the Green Bay Packers (2009-2016) and the Detroit Lions (2017-2018)...Earned a Super Bowl ring as a member of the 2011 Green Bay Packers...Two-time NFL Pro-Bowl Selection (2017 and 2018)...Professionally played in 138 games, starting 113...Made an appearance in the movie “Pitch Perfect 2” with then teammates from Green Bay...Post retirement, served as a Sideline Reporter for the Detroit Lions Radio Network...Named the strength and conditioning center in the EMU Student-Athlete Performance Center in remembrance of his late father, Thomas Lang.
