Three-sport letterman in football, basketball, and baseball... Captain of the 1928 football team...Coached freshman baseball in 1930... Was the varsity basketball coach at Eastern from 1941-44 and 1946-47... Coached at Flint Central High School from 1934-35... Returned to Eastern to become the head baseball coach and assistant basketball coach from 1935-44... Was the head basketball coach at Highland Park Junior College from 194 until his retirement in 1968... Member of the state of Michigan High School Coaches' Hall of Fame...Former president of the Michigan Junior College Athletic Conference.
