Was one of the top competitors in Eastern Michigan University men's gymnastics history... Won the 1975 Great Lakes League all-around championship... Won the Great Lakes League parallel bars title in both 1972 and 1974... Was an All-League pick in all-around, floor exercise, pommel horse, parallel bars and horizontal bar in 1975... Earned All-League honors in the all-around in 1974... Set a league record for a score of 52.25 in the all-around and was the first gymnast in league history to qualify for the finals in all of the events... Became the first student athlete representative to the inaugural E-Letterwinners Club organization in 1974... Served the E-Club as president three times, 1985-86, 1987-88 and 1988-89.
