Men’s Track and Field: Graduated in 1984...Outstanding track athlete hailing from Barbados...Competed in both indoor and outdoor track from 1981-1984...Helped EMU capture six Mid-American Conference Championships in indoor and outdoor track in 1982, 1983 and 1984...Member of the MAC Distance Medley Relay Indoor Championship Team in 1981...Placed third in the 800 Meter run at the Indoor Central Collegiate Championship in 1981...Member of the second place 1,600 Meter Relay Team at the Indoor CCC in 1982, while also placing third in the 600 Yard Run...Placed third in the Outdoor CCC 800 Yard Run in 1982...Three-time MAC Champion in the outdoor 1,600 Meter Relay Team in 1982, 1983, and 1984...Member of the MAC Indoor 1,600 Meter Relay and Distance Medley Relay Championship Team in 1983...Member of the Outdoor CCC 1,600 Meter Relay Championship Team in 1983...Indoor MAC Champion of the 600 Yard Run in 1984...Member of the Indoor CCC Distance Medley Championship Team in 1984 while also placing third in the 600 Yard Run...Helped EMU win two CCC Outdoor Titles in 1983 and 1984 and an Indoor Title in 1984...Member of the NCAA Indoor National Title Distance Medley Team in 1984...Member of the 1,600 Meter Relay Team that qualified for the NCAA Outdoor Meet in 1984... Placed third in the 800 Yard Run at the MAC Outdoor Championship in 1984...Finished his EMU track career with an Indoor 600 Yard Run time of 1:10.70, ranking seventh all-time at EMU and 22nd in the Outdoor 800 Meter Run with a time of 1:50.53...Member of the second fastest Outdoor 1,600 Meter Relay Team in school history at 3:06.04 with Mike Calhoun, David Beasley and Earl Jones...Served the Ann Arbor Track Club in various ways, working with both grade school and post-collegiate athletes, administratively and coaching...Served as a track athlete agent to various athletes competing in the Olympics including EMU runners Eric Alejandro, at the London Games in 2012, and Fabian Rollins, at the Sydney Games in 2000...Actively recruits Women’s Track and Field athletes from Barbados to EMU, several of which have been inducted in the Athletic Hall of Fame.
