Graduated in 1982 ...Outstanding baseball player who earned three varsity letters (1980-82) ...Ranks second in EMU in career stolen bases (80), eighth in runs scored (136), and second in triples (15)...Tied for first in single-season stolen bases with 31 in both the 1981 and 1982 seasons...Ranks second in single-season runs scored with 72 in 1982, is third in single-season walks with 48 in 1982, and is third in single-season triples with seven in 1982...Named first-team All-Mid-American Conference in 1982 and second-team in 1981...Selected to the MAC All-Academic Team in 1981...Helped lead EMU to two MAC Tournament titles and two NCAA Regional Championship appearances 1981 and 1982...Went on to have an outstanding professional baseball career, making it all the way to Class AAA with the Minnesota Twins before retiring...Is now a doctor of chiropractic.
