Graduated in 1990 after turning in an outstanding career as a men’s track and field competitor...Two-time All-American selection...Won six individual titles and four relay championships in the Mid-American Conference outdoor championships...Won the MAC 100-meter title three times, in 1987 (:10.67), 1988 (:10.42), and 1989 (:10.60), the 200-meter three times, 1989 (:20.86), 1988 (:20.84), and 1987 (:20.91)...Ran on three 400-meter relay teams that won MAC outdoor titles, in 1987 (:40.26), 1988 (:40.16) and 1989 (:40.37), and one 1600-meter team that won a MAC championship, in 1989 (3:07.66)...Named the MAC Outdoor Most Valuable Performer in 1989...Won the 100-meters title at the 1987 Trinidad and Tobago championship...Was the 100-meter titlest at the 1986 Caribbean Junior Championship...Was the flag-bearer for Trinidad and Tobago at first World Junior Championship in 1986 in Athens,Greece...Represented Trinidad and Tobago at four IAAF World Championships, winning a silver medal in the 4x400m relay in 1993 in Toronto, Canada...Was also a silver medalist in the 4x400m relay at the 1993 Central America and Caribbean Games in Ponce, Puerto Rico.
