Softball Doubleheader Against Detroit Mercy Postponed

The Eagles and Titans match up has been moved to April 9
YPSILANTI, Mich. (EMUEagles.com) – The Eastern Michigan University softball team's doubleheader with the University of Detroit Mercy originally scheduled for Wednesday, March 21, at Varsity Field has been postponed due to weather and field conditions. The pair of games will be made up Monday, April 9, at Varsity Field, with the first pitch scheduled for 1 p.m.
The Eagles will open conference play this weekend, Friday-Saturday, March 23-24, when they make the trek to Buffalo, N.Y. to face the University at Buffalo. The three-game series begins with a Friday tilt at Nan Harvey Field at 3 p.m., before the series wraps up with a doubleheader on Saturday at 1 p.m.
