YPSILANTI, Mich. (EMUEagles.com) — The annual spring game for the Eastern Michigan University football team is scheduled for Sunday, April 10, at 2 p.m. inside Rynearson Stadium. The traditional Green and White teams will face off against each other in the final scrimmage of the spring season.

Admission is free as the Spring Game kicks off at 2 p.m. This will be the first chance for fans to get a peek at the Eagles under the direction of third-year Head Coach Ron English. Immediately following the final whistle, players and coaches will be available on the field for media interviews, fan autographs and photographs.

Additionally, there will be contests and on-field promotions throughout the event, as well as a special appearance by the EMU Marching Band. Fans that "check-in" to Rynearson Stadium using Facebook Places and report to the Marketing kiosk inside of Gate 1 will be eligible for a raffle to take home an authentic EMU football helmet.

Fans who cannot make it out to the stadium can still catch the spring game on their computers through a video stream exclusively on Eagle All-Access. Veteran play-by-play man Chad Bush will lead the broadcast with a cavalcade of special guests stopping by throughout the game. Subscription packages for the stream start at just $3.95.

SportsTalk from 1050 WTKA will be on-site and hosting a live broadcast from 1 p.m. until 3 p.m.

Fans should be aware that there will not be a spring athletics equipment sale prior to the game, as the sale will now occur every other year. This is to help ensure the display of quality inventory items fans have come to expect over the years.
