Baseball to Host Annual Golf Outing During Homecoming Weekend

YPSILANTI, Mich. (EMUEagles.com) –
Eastern Michigan University Head Baseball Coach Jay Alexander announced Friday, Aug. 27, that the team will host its Annual golf outing Sunday, Oct. 3, at the Eagle Crest Golf Club. Registration begins at 9 a.m. with a 10 a.m. shotgun start.

The outing costs $500 per foursome or $125 per individual golfer, while tee sponsorship costs $200.

On Saturday, Oct. 2, the EMU baseball program will also host an informal tailgate in the Rynearson Stadium parking lot before the EMU football team takes on Ohio at noon. Light food and beverages will be provided, but people are encouraged to bring their own food and beverages to enjoy a tailgate with the EMU baseball family.

Additionally, the team will also host the "Under the Lights" Alumni Baseball Game at Oestrike Stadium on Friday, Oct. 1, at 6 p.m. Reservations must be made by Sept. 24 in order to participate.
