EMU Football Season Tickets Now On Sale

YPSILANTI, Mich. (EMUEagles.com) – Are you anxiously waiting for the 2010 college football season to arrive? Do you plan to be there in Rynearson Stadium to watch as second-year Head Coach Ron English and the Eagles take on a five-game home schedule?
To be part of the excitement, purchase your season tickets online at EMUEagles.com, by calling 734.487.2282 or by visiting the EMU Ticket Office daily between 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Season ticket packages start at just $45 for adults and $15 for youth (12 and under). Special season ticket discounts apply for EMU alumni, faculty, and staff.
The Eagles are set to host the Black Knights of Army in the home opener, Sept. 4. Central Michigan University invades Ypsilanti, Sept. 18, before Ohio University comes to town for the annual homecoming game, Oct. 2. Band Day is scheduled for Oct. 30 against the University of Toledo and the regular season concludes Friday, Nov. 26, against Northern Illinois University.
In a recent study conducted by Rivals.com, EMU's general public season ticket price was one of the lowest in the country. On top of that, parking is free at all home games!
All season ticket holders will be entered in a drawling for: an authentic EMU Football jersey; two sideline passes to a select home game; the opportunity to serve as an honorary captain during the coin toss; an authentic EMU football helmet; or a $50 gift certificate to the “Locker Room” merchandise store.
Additionally, those who purchase or renew their season tickets by July 1, will be eligible for two grand prizes: a pair of complimentary tickets to the Ohio State game in Columbus, Ohio, Sept. 25; or a paid trip for two to travel with the football team to Virginia, Oct. 23, (includes transportation, lodging, and game tickets).
Other season ticket holder benefits include the opportunity to upgrade to the new EMU “Meal Steal” concessions package” which includes a hot dog and a soda for just $3, and ticket exchange privileges in the event that they cannot attend a home game.
In addition, EMU also offers group ticket packages that will be available starting July 1, with ticket prices of just $3 for groups of 15 or more.
Single game tickets will be available Aug. 1. Adult tickets are $9 while youth are $3.
