SIX HOME DATES IN 2010: Five of the Eagles’ 10 scheduled events in 2010 will take place in Ypsilanti. On Jan. 15, EMU hosts Clarion University. The Eagles then kick-off Mid-American Conference bouts when Central Michigan University invades, Jan. 21. On Jan. 23, the Eagles take on the University of Indianapolis, Olivet College and Thiel University at the Eastern Duals.

The Eagles finish up their home schedule with three MAC teams: the University at Buffalo, Feb. 3, Northern Illinois University, Feb. 5, and Ohio University, Feb. 21. Don’t miss out on all the action as the Eagles go for their first MAC Championship in 13 years!

SOLVING THE MAC: A turn of the calendar brings with it the chance for the EMU wrestling squad to make its mark in the Mid-American Conference. The Eagles are just 4-11 in MAC matches over the last three seasons including a 1-4 mark in the 2008-09 campaign.

The last time the Eagles posted a winning MAC record was in the 1990-91 season, when they went 3-2 in the conference and 10-4 overall.
